Problem 1: Bubbles appear after the transparent film self-adhesive label is attached to the transparent bottle

The reasons for the formation of bubbles: the surface of the bottle body is not flat, there will be bubbles if there are slight dents or the hardness of the label does not match the bottle body; and the labeling method of the self-adhesive labeling machine does not match the shape of the bottle body Or the labeling method is wrong. All will cause air to remain in the label and form air bubbles.

Solution:

1. Transparent special type self-adhesive labeling machine, labeling with a rubber scraper;

2. Use materials that are compatible with the bottle body material to print the bottle sticker;

3. Before sticking the label, please check whether the bottle is decent or not. If it is not flat, the mold shell that produces the bottle body should be trimmed.

Problem 2: Bubbles appear when large-area paper labels are attached to containers such as oil drums

  The root cause of bubbles: The temperature and humidity of the label storage environment and the labeling environment are too different, causing the label to quickly absorb moisture and form bubbles after labeling; or because the surface layer of the labeling object is not level or dirty and there are blisters, causing the labeling to fail. Firm, bubbles appear.

Solution:

1. Before sticking the label, place the label in the labeling environment for a period of time to make it reach the humidity balance with the environment;

2. Keep the surface layer of the labeling object dry and clean, and stick it firmly when sticking the label.
