Self-adhesive is divided into bottom paper and face paper plus glue. The general coated paper of the face paper is 80g, the bottom paper is 60g, and the glue range is 10g to 20g. That is to say, the gram weight of ordinary self-adhesive labels is about 140g-160g. The unit of gram weight of self-adhesive label is g/m, and the unit of film thickness is u (micron).
Self-adhesive labels are mainly used for liquid washing products and popular personal care products; materials such as films are mainly used for medium and high-end daily chemical products. At present, personal care products and household liquid washing products are popular in the market, so the corresponding label paper materials are used more.
Film type self-adhesive labels are usually used for PE, PP, PVC and other synthetic materials. Film materials are mainly white, frosted and transparent. Since the printability of the film material is not very good, its printability is usually enhanced by corona treatment or by adding a layer on its surface.
